This dry pumping station is home made with a turbo molecular pump and a dry scroll roughing pump. It can hold two TEM holders simultaneously with the vacuum reaching at 1.5x10-5 torr.

It is used for keeping the TEM holder and TEM sample under vacuum to avoid contamination in the TEM.
