Evangeline Coker

Producer

evangeline.coker@fsu.edu

Evangeline grew up in a house of musicians and radio personalities. As a multi-instrumentalist and sound engineer, she has been live-mixing for music acts since she was a teenager. During her undergraduate degree, she worked as a reporter for her campus newspaper The Bells, and won Best Radio Commercial at the Texas Intercollegiate Press Association. After receiving her M.A. in Theatre Studies at FSU, she co-founded and ran a 501(c)3 performing arts company for five years and served as sound designer for dozens of theatre productions including Company, Our Town, The Wizard of Oz, andย Million Dollar Quartet. She hopes this podcast helps researchers rediscover their passions, realize they are not alone, and stay true to โ€œwhy they do what they do.โ€
