Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs

Did you know that the U.S. Department of Defense funds medical research? And not just in military populations.
Two program managers and a member of leadership will present an overview of the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP) and provide guidance on application submissions. They will also cover specific programs upcoming in Fiscal Year 2024 (not yet released). Example programs from previous years include:
- Autism
- Breast Cancer
- Traumatic Brain Injury and Psychological Health
- Chronic Pain Management
- Hearing Restoration
- Orthotics and Prosthetics
- Parkinson's Disease
- Alzheimer's Disease
- Toxic Exposures
- Vision
