About the Speakers
Brian Rue is the Associate Director for risk management, compliance, and privacy within the Information Security and Privacy Office at Florida State University. He has been involved in university projects including the development of an IT risk management program, writing the university’s first privacy policy, and participating in Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), HIPAA, NIST 800-171, and GDPR compliance efforts. Brian is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Information Systems Auditor, and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control.
Megan Del Debbio is an ITS Marketing Communications Manager at Florida State University. She oversees all integrated marking communications activities and designs strategic promotions that support the overall organizational goals and encourage increased usage of services. Megan has had over ten years of experience leading integrated marking communications for museums and higher education organizations.
