Pivoting on Research Part Three: Managing Online Research Surveys

As more and more research becomes remote, so do human subjects assessments. This move to digital surveys may sound daunting, but Amanda Tazaz, Ph.D., is here to demystify the Qualtrics online survey process for researchers (no coding experience required!). Starting as a Project Manager for a study in 2013, Tazaz began making the project's human subjects assessments virtual. Now a Qualtrics veteran, Tazaz walks faculty through how to customize assessment surveys, analyze Qualtrics data, and make surveys more user-friendly.

About the Speaker

Amanda Tazaz is an Associate in Research at the Learning Systems Institute (LSI) at Florida State University. Dr. Tazaz earned her Ph.D. in Biological Oceanography from Florida State University in 2013. She holds additional degrees in both Economics and Marine Biology.
