What: An Introduction to Strategic Doing

Strategic Doing is a process in which teams iteratively discuss their common goals, identify potential projects to move towards those goals, solidify tasks needed to complete those projects, and determine the follow-up measures for success, all of which lead to the development of a true team that trusts each other and can effectively collaborate at the highest levels. Strategic Doing workshops are deliberately paced and take approximately 3-4 hours, during which a guide leads the group through a series of discussions intended to explore the questions: 1. What could we do?; 2. What should we do?; 3. What will we do?; and 4. What’s our 30/30? (measures of success), all of which are framed by an overarching question that inspires broad thinking.
