Data Management Plans Workshop for Faculty

Workshop Overview

A data management plan (DMP) is a formal document that outlines how you plan to handle your data both during your research and after your project is complete.  The need for robust DMPs has increased and increasingly more funders are requiring a DMP at the application stage.  So how do you create a DMP?  Director of STEM Libraries Renaine Julian will lead a presentation on how FSU's resources can help you put together a well-designed plan.  Funding agencies to be discussed include NIH, NSF, and NEA/NEH. Other presenters include Nicholas Ruhs, STEM Data and Research Librarian, and Paul van der Mark from the Research Computing Center.

Ample parking for faculty and staff is available behind the CAPS building.
