Magnetometer

An apparatus and methods to characterize magnetic or superconducting materials having strong magnetic moments and strong magnetic anisotropy in wide range of magnetic field and temperatures. Used for fast and effective electromechanical characterization of second-generation high temperature superconductors (2G HTS) tapes. These coated tapes can carry high density electrical currents and have the potential to transform technologies related to energy systems, transportation, medicine, and for solving environmental problems.
