Latest Immigration Pause Targeted at those Seeking Permanent Residency
On April 21st, President Trump announced a 60-day immigration ban as one of the administration's responses to the COVID-19 crisis. Prior to the announcement, some wondered if such a ban would impact the ability of international students to travel. However, the ban only applies those seeking permanent resident status.
