Transmission Electron Microscopy

As a part of FSU's materials initiative, the FSU Research Foundation has purchased a state of the art Sub-Ångstrøm Cs corrected cold field emission transmission electron microscope, a JEM-ARM200cF. The microscope is installed in a specially constructed room in the corner of the c-wing of the National High magnetic Field Laboratory.
