Online Proposal Submission Instructions:
The FSU Research Foundation and Office of IP Development and Commercialization have developed an on-line submission process that provides:
- an electronic method for submitting your proposal to the program administrator,
- an electronic method for the administrator to assign those proposals to a review committee, and
This office, acting as the role of an agency (similar to NSF, NEH or NIH) will require that you submit your proposal through the FSURF On-Line Proposal Submission process. Please note that this process does not involve OMNI in any way. It is only through this process that your proposal will be accessible to reviewers so that evaluations can be recorded and funding recommendations can be made, and perhaps awarded.

After you have completely read all of the instructions in these pages you may begin the online submission process by clicking the green box on this page.
- If this is your first time applying for the EIEG you will need to create a Profile.
- If you have already created a Profile for the EIEG Online process in the past, please DO NOT create a new Profile. If you do not remember your login information please contact Eric at 644-3328.
- Start the Submit a New Proposal process by answering all the questions and uploading all the required elements. You will have an opportunity to (save) your proposal and update it until the posted deadline for the program.

You should note that proposals received after the deadline will not be processed and incomplete proposals will not be accepted, so please revisit your proposal to make certain it is complete before the deadline.
