Equipment and Infrastructure Enhancement Grant (EIEG)
The round 6 competition will run from February 4, 2008 to March 17, 2008. For more update please watch this space and future issues of the Office of Research Newsletter.
Welcome
The intentions of the Equipment and Infrastructure Enhancement Grant (EIEG) are to enable FSU faculty and staff to acquire equipment and to augment infrastructure in ways directly related to enhancing research and/or creative. Faculty members from all disciplines are encouraged to submit proposals that, if awarded, would supplement other external funding.
A summary of FY 2006 and FY 2007 EIEG winners are available for reference. Recipients of EIEG grants must submit a performance questionnaire within 18 months of getting an award and annually thereafter.
Applicants are invited to read the Frequently Asked Questions and Suggestions sections of this site that contain useful information how to create a successful proposal. Please note that criteria for the proposal document has changed and effective February 2007 there is adpoted policy restricting applications intended as upgrades to computational hardware and software.
Faculty that have applied for CRC or Cornerstone grants will find the online submission process familiar but the EIEG online submission site and CRC/Cornerstone online submission site are not related.
If you have any questions at any time please feel free to contact the Program Administrator at any time.
